How long does it take for Minga to ship to the US?
USA - 2 - 4 Working days

Any orders placed after 4pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

How can I return my item?


This year, we have extended returns for purchases made from November 10, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
The return deadline is extended to January 15, 2024 or 30-days from invoice date, whichever is later. Enjoy your holiday shopping!


Returning stuff to Minga London is easier than ever, especially now that we've gone digital! Just follow these simple steps:

1. Click here to access our return form or access it through your account under "My orders".

2. Fill out the form with your order number and your email.

3. Let us know what are you returning and the reasons why.

4. Download the return label and attach it to your Minga London package. Ensure you place the original invoice inside. For returns, please use the original bag or a similar one to ensure the product's safety during transit. Failure to use the original or similar bag may result in additional costs.

5. Send the parcel back to us - you can either choose a drop off point or schedule a home pick up
from DHL.

6. All done! You can now sit and relax
Please note, this is not a free return label. The total cost of the delivery will be deducted from the refund.

Waited until your estimated delivery date? Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times) - our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you. Make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide – including big cities and small island nations.

Do i have to pay customs charges on my order?

All Minga London orders are currently shipped from our warehouses in Portugal or UK. If you are in the European Union you won’t be charged any customs.

Free-Trade Countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Andorra, San Marino and Turkey.

If your country is not included on the list above you may be charged customs duties.
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Minga London.

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to import duties. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

Australia– All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. For more information, please check with the Department of Home Affairs.

New Zealand- All orders above NZD$1000 will be subject to import duties. For more information, please check with the New Zealand Customs Service website.

For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Is Minga an ethical brand? why?

We're all about being ethical. Our crew is like a tight-knit family, and we ensure our suppliers share our values. When we craft new looks, we're all about being planet friendly. Also, most of our clothes are both created and manufactured right in Portugal.

What does Minga mean?

MINGA is the owner’s nickname, which her brother gave her when they were kids. Even today, he doesn’t know the meaning behind it or the reason for that name.
Other possible meanings for the word are just a funny coincidence.

Is Minga London trustworthy?

Minga London was born in London, in 2014. We started selling tie dye t-shirts across London markets and then online on Amazon, eBay and Etsy. Some of you may know us from there. In 2016 we launched our own website, and since then the brand has been exponentially growing, having become a cult feature/icon for young people from all around the world.

Our production is all based in Portugal, which is why part of the business is there and why the quality is so special.
