How can I return an item?

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order!

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Tights, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and gift cards cannot be returned. Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker intact.
  • Exchanges are not offered. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after returning your original item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we’re not responsible for returns lost or stolen in transit.
  • Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns.

Ineligible returns will be discarded, and we won’t be able to refund or resend these items.

RETURN PROCESS:
  • You can return your order via DPD or DHL Express, depending on availability in your region.
  • For DPD (most common option): Print and attach the return label, then drop off your parcel at any DPD Pickup Point.
  • For DHL Express: Print and attach the label, then drop off your parcel at any DHL Express location. If using a QR code, simply show it at the drop-off point, and they’ll print the label for you. (QR codes may not be available at all locations.)
  • Be sure to ask for proof of return receipt to ensure your return is tracked.
    Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days and keep you updated via email.

RETURN COSTS:

Your return will incur a cost, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We hope you and your new purchase are very happy together. However, if it's not a match made in heaven, you can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Please be aware that all items must be returned to us in brand-new condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund. Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges. Therefore, you will need to return your items for a refund and place a new order if you'd like a different size.

Items marked as non-refundable, including but not limited to beauty products, swimwear, and earrings, cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.

Gift cards are also not eligible for refunds.

Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery times, but delays can occur, especially during busy periods.Please note: We are unable to deliver to freight forwarders or PO Box addresses.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES OR TAXES ON MY ORDER?

For the following countries, there are no customs fees or duties on your order:

United Kingdom;

European Union countries:
Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.

Other countries/territories:
Andorra, San Marino, Iceland and Liechtenstein (members of the European Economic Area).

USA: Orders up to US$800 are duty-free.
Australia: Orders up to AUS$1000 are duty-free.
New Zealand: Orders up to NZD$1000 are duty-free.
Japan: Orders up to JPY ¥10,000 are duty-free.
Canada: Orders up to CAD 150 are duty-free for customs, but GST/HST may apply for goods between CAD 40 and CAD 150.

For countries not listed above, you may be charged customs fees depending on local regulations. These fees are determined by local customs and the shipping carrier, and they are not covered by Minga London.

Please note:
  • We are legally required to declare all items at their full value and cannot alter this to reduce customs fees.
  • If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for any shipping and customs charges incurred. These costs will be deducted from your refund. If return fees exceed the order value, the package will be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
GIFT CARDS

You can purchase e-gift cards from our website, and they will be sent directly to your email inbox. If you're surprising someone, simply forward the email or share the gift card link.

Using Your Gift Card:
  1. Check your email for the gift card.
  2. Copy the gift card code.
  3. Enter the code at checkout to apply it to your order.

Gift Card Expiry:
E-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Important Notes:
  • E-gift cards cannot be purchased or used with discount codes.
  • E-gift cards are non-refundable.

Lost Your E-Gift Card?
If you’ve lost or haven’t received your e-gift card, contact our customer care team with your order number or the email address used for the purchase, and we’ll assist you in getting a replacement.

Exceeding the Balance?
If your purchase total exceeds the value of the gift card, you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method.
