Orders are usually shipped within 1 working day, and you’ll get an email notification once your package is on its way. Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct, including the house number, street name, and postcode, to avoid any issues.

For the following countries, there are no customs fees or duties on your order:

United Kingdom;

European Union countries:
Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.

Other countries/territories:
Andorra, San Marino, Turkey, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway (members of the European Economic Area).

USA: Orders up to US$800 are duty-free.
Australia: Orders up to AUS$1000 are duty-free.
New Zealand: Orders up to NZD$1000 are duty-free.
Japan: Orders up to JPY ¥10,000 are duty-free.
Canada: Orders up to CAD 150 are duty-free for customs, but GST/HST may apply for goods between CAD 40 and CAD 150.

For countries not listed above, you may be charged customs fees depending on local regulations. These fees are determined by local customs and the shipping carrier, and they are not covered by Minga London.
