We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery times, but delays can occur, especially during busy periods.
Please note: We are unable to deliver to freight forwarders or PO Box addresses.
Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. However, if you've made an error or wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to assist.
If something is wrong with the order you received, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order.
If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, make sure to include photos when contacting us.
If your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier but you haven’t received it, please try the following:
- Double-check the shipping address to ensure all details were correct, as missing information might result in delivery to a different location.
- Ask your neighbors if they’ve received it on your behalf (it happens more often than you'd think!).
- Allow an extra 2 days, as sometimes carriers need time to resolve delivery issues.
