We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order!
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags still attached.
- Tights, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and gift cards cannot be returned. Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker intact.
- Exchanges are not offered. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after returning your original item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we’re not responsible for returns lost or stolen in transit.
- Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns.
Ineligible returns will be discarded, and we won’t be able to refund or resend these items.
RETURN PROCESS:
- Print and attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at any DHL EXPRESS location.
- For QR codes, simply show the code at the drop-off point, and they’ll print the label for you. Please note that QR codes may not be available at all locations.
- Ask for a proof of return receipt to ensure your return is tracked.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days and keep you updated via email.

Your return will incur a cost, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note, it might take a little longer for the funds to show in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. But don’t worry, it’s on its way!
Items marked as non-refundable, including but not limited to beauty products, swimwear, and earrings, cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.
Gift cards are also not eligible for refunds.
We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after returning your original item.
If you have multiple orders to return, feel free to send them back together in the same parcel. Just be sure to submit each return through our return portal here and use only one of the provided label/QR codes. By doing this, you'll only be charged for one return.
